We speculate that some of the teleport spells added in Patch 9.1.5 Build 40078 might be related to Legion's Mage Tower. Note that Blizzard hasn't officially confirmed anything, and this post is purely based on datamining and speculation. New teleport spells and old ability tuning hint at the possible return of the Mage Tower in Patch 9.1.5.
